Fall 2015 Winter 2016 Wedding Trends and Ideas by Reverend Arlene Ponack
2015 is almost over, but seeing the trends can give you ideas for your upcoming wedding. Perhaps it's last minute decisions for your wedding decor including linens, centerpieces, flowers, and more. Color trends help you set the mood for you and your guests, share your style, and sometimes reflect on the season. Choosing your colors is a big part of the planning process. Many times current wedding trends have any impact on future wedding trends.
Some trendy colors include blue, pink, red, brown, yellow, green, and purple. Don't be afraid to use colors withing the hue such as navy blue, royal blue or even baby blue. For pink, colors such as coral, peach or pastel. For red, think of burgundy or sangria. Browns can be sandalwood or beige. Green can be sage, khaki, aqua, or a deep green. Purple can be lavender or lilac. Neutral colors can be used such as gray, cream or a pastel yellow. You might even decide or a more luxurious color like gold, silver, or cooper.
A winter wedding trendy idea might include a hot chocolate bar. At the bar you could include whipped cream, peppermint sticks and marshmallows. The mugs could even be given as their favor.
